Who We Are

Dan Cosgrove has been a management systems specialist for the past 10 years.  He has helped a diverse client group across the private and community sectors developing and maintaining practical, effective management systems. 

When it comes to management systems, Dan’s primary goal is – keep it simple and make sure it serves you.  Having worked in large government and private organisations, he has seen the all too familiar lengthy documents that describe policy and procedure – and are rarely read.  A well crafted one page flowchart, utilising well-designed forms, that are seen by all staff who need to, will beat hands down most other forms of procedural documentation, no matter how much time and energy goes into writing them (or how many pages they boast).

While under Dan's stewardship, no major non-conformances have been issued to any of his clients during a certification audit.

As well as having an aptitude for systems, Dan has enjoyed careers as a professional engineer, a software developer, a primary producer and a professional musician giving him a unique perspective on the way things work.
